There is no sight more atmospheric than a steam hauled train passing through the English countryside. Our aim is to produce images that reflect a bygone era. To do so we travel the length and breadth of the British Isles visiting some of our wonderful preserved railways and wondering at the skill of their volunteer workforce who spend hours keeping the memory of yesteryear alive.

For the last three years we have been taking photographs across the country and gradually we will be uploading the best of these for your enjoyment. These are catalogued by society and are available to purchase from our on line shop.
